Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and BAMBAM LLC (a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, "we") about MCP Workout Tracker: the iPhone app, Android app, web app, our MCP server and this website (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Not medical advice

• Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
• Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel pain beyond normal soreness, chest pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
• You are responsible for choosing weights and exercises that are safe for you, using equipment correctly, and training within your limits.
• Numbers the app calculates (such as estimated one-rep max) are estimates.

2. AI assistants

• We don't provide an AI. If you connect an assistant (such as ChatGPT or Claude), that assistant is a separate service from another company, under that company's terms and privacy policy. You need your own account with it.
• AI assistants make mistakes. Plans, notes and advice they give you may be wrong or unsuitable for you. Check what they suggest, and use your own judgement.
• You are responsible for what you ask your assistant to do. Every change it makes in the app is shown on the Coach tab and can be undone, and you can disconnect it at any time.
• We don't guarantee that any particular assistant will support MCP Workout Tracker, or keep supporting it.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
• Keep access to your email account and sign-in method secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, or by emailing admin@bambamhq.com.

4. Your data

• Your training data belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.
• You can export it at any time in Settings → Import and export.
• Only import files and enter information you have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• try to access other people's data or accounts, or our systems beyond what the app lets you do;
• overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the service or our MCP server, except where the law allows;
• use the service to break the law or to harm anyone.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, after warning you where we reasonably can.

6. Price and changes to the service

• The service is free at the moment. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you first, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.
• We may change, add or remove features. If we plan to shut the service down, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.

7. Exercise library and our content

The built-in exercise list is based on the public free-exercise-db dataset. The app's design, code and text belong to BAMBAM LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps while you follow these terms.

8. App stores

If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are. For the iPhone app, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

9. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own exports if your history matters to you.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, BAMBAM LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from exercise you choose to do, including exercise suggested by an AI assistant. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to fifty US dollars ($50). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing here affects your rights as a consumer where you live.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming. If you live in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms

If we make a significant change, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
