Your AI is your coach. This is your logbook.

MCP Workout Tracker is a workout logger for iPhone, Android and the web. Connect the AI assistant you already use, and it can build your program, read what you lift, and adjust your plan. Or skip the AI and plan everything yourself.

Coming soon to iPhone, Android and the web

Free. No ads. We never sell your data.

How it works

  1. Log your training in the app. Routines, sets, a rest timer, history and progress charts. It works with no signal and syncs when you're back online.
  2. Connect your assistant once. Add our server address in ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant that supports MCP, sign in, and tap Allow. Takes about two minutes.
  3. Talk to your coach. Say "Build me a 3-day program" or "How's my bench going?". Changes appear in the app within seconds, each with a reason and an Undo button.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use another app's features, with your permission.

Works with the assistant you already use

Claude

Add it as a custom connector on claude.ai or the Claude desktop app.

ChatGPT

Add it on chatgpt.com, on a computer. Until ChatGPT lists us in its app directory, some ChatGPT plans can only read your data, not save plans.

Any MCP assistant

Any app that can add a remote MCP server can connect. No MCP? Copy and paste works with every chatbot.

Other assistants

Works fully without AI

The AI is the easiest way to plan, not the only way. Everything an assistant can do, you can do by hand:

You stay in charge of the AI

Every change is visible

Anything your assistant changes shows on the Coach tab with a one-line summary and the reason. AI marks what the AI did.

One-tap undo

Don't like a change? Tap Undo. Assistants can't delete anything for good, and can't delete your account.

Disconnect any time

Disconnect an assistant on the Coach tab. It can't renew its access and is locked out within the hour.
