Connect another assistant
Any AI app that supports MCP can be your coach. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an assistant use another app's features, with your permission.
Server address
It's also on the app's Coach tab → Connect an assistant → Other assistant, with a Copy button.

No MCP support? Use Copy my training summary and Paste a plan from any AI on the Coach tab instead (below).
For technical users
- Transport: Streamable HTTP. Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with automatic client registration. Your assistant needs to support both.
- The server doesn't accept API keys or personal access keys yet.
No MCP? Use copy and paste
Works with every chatbot, including free plans and ones that run on your own computer.
Get advice on your training
- In the app, open the Coach tab.
- Under Use any AI, tap Copy my training summary. It copies your last 4 weeks.
- Paste it into any chat and ask your question.
Turn a chatbot's plan into routines
- On the Coach tab, tap Paste a plan from any AI.
- Follow the instructions there to ask your chatbot for the plan in the right format, and copy its answer.
- Paste it in, check the preview, and save.
With copy and paste, nothing connects to your account. You decide exactly what you paste and where.
